We strive to provide excellent communication to our clients as we guide them through the Probate process (and other legal cases) while maintaining filing deadlines and assisting the attorneys in drafting legal documentation.
Our work environment includes:
Flexible scheduling Bonuses Fun people To support Attorneys and others, by gathering, organizing and preparing various documents and files for court cases.
They may also regularly meet with attorneys, clients or other legal professionals to gather helpful details about upcoming court cases.
You will prepare other legal documents:
Applications, Orders, Letters Testamentary, and other documents as needed.
Additionally, you will schedule all hearings, ensure all filings are accepted, and verify all parties are aware of the court dates and will be in attendance.
You will also be in charge of making sure the attorneys are aware of upcoming hearing dates, and ensure they have all documents prepared.
On the day before the hearing you will make sure attorney has all required documents printed, checks signed if needed, and verify that all parties have confirmed for the hearing date, time and location.
You must be able to work under extreme pressure at different times and be able to switch quickly between tasks.
While we stive to be courteous in all interactions, the stress of different situations can cause people to be curt or short in responses, so you must be able to handle these interactions without hurt feelings.
Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is teachable, adaptable, and looking for a long-term position.
It takes a lot of time to learn our specific area of law and we want to invest in the right person to help us continue to grow.
