Who YOU are:
You have strong customer service and communication skills You have excellent work ethic and leadership skills You work well with a team You enjoy working with your hands You are well groomed and maintain a neat appearance What YOU'LL be responsible for:
Diagnosing issues with and repairing fences.
Thoroughly Presenting Customers with Repair and Replacement Options.
Diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with all Better Built standards Must understand the components that go into repairing a broken fence, in order to do Same Day Fence Repairs.
Performing physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and installing material, moving, and lifting other heavy objects.
Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
Be available to work weekends, on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:
1 Year minimum of Carpentry/Fencing/Construction (Required) Good driving record and current valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug test and background check Must comply to Better Built standards - clean cut, uniforms, etc.
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds, be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heaver items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders, work from heights.
