years is seeking to expand our office staff with an experienced person with home health office experience.
Home Health Office Assistant We aim to provide professional services to clients in their homes, assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities.
We are looking for an Office Assistant to assist with routine clerical office and computer-related tasks including data entry, faxing, scanning, and other tasks as requested including processing workflow tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Must have computer skills, clerical skills, telephone communication skills, and be able to type on a computer keyboard.
Must have some knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of Home Health services, such as SkilledNursing, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Social Work, and Home Health Aide Able to multitask.
Ability to be a critical thinker and be able to problem solve.
Able to work in a team environment.
Expected to exhibit calm responsiveness to stressful situations.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must possess organizational skills.
Knowledge of Medicare Home Health Terminology Knowledge of Wellsky (Kinnser) software.
Knowledge of Patient Intake and Insurance Authorizations.
Minimum of one year of Home Health office experience Job Type:
