We are seeking a Front Office Manager to help lead our team.
Our Front Office Manager will create a warm welcoming experience for every guest.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for all front office functions and associates.
Oversees Bell/Valet staff and Guest Services/Front Desk.
Works with managers and team members to successfully execute all front office duties, ensure smooth and efficient guest arrival and departure process.
Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication and team building skills with associates, peers and across departments.
Job Requirements Previous Full-Service Hotel Guest Service Supervisory and Night Audit experience with an emphasis on guest service satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior management experience in hospitality is a must.
Responsible for Guest Service scores, reviews the scores with the staff, site areas for improvement, and creates incentives.
Responsible for team member engagement, communications, training, and development.
Exceptional customer service skills required.
Must possess strong computer skills.
handles guest complaints and special requests.
Strong understanding of accounting procedures also a plus.
Excellent communication and presentations skills required.
Completes additional tasks as assigned.
Must be flexible and willing to work evenings & weekends Full Service and Luxury Hotel background a plus.
