Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will work with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
The CSR will be the first point of contact with customers and will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries made by customers.
The CSR will also receive new business and need to be able to assist other team members.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center environment, bilingual, previously worked on air conditioning company 1-2 years of customer service experience, and is eager to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and emails Provide a positive and professional customer experience in line with our core values Take ownership of the customer's experience by addressing their questions and concerns Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers by addressing their needs and providing solutions that enhance their experiences Follow communication processes, guidelines, and procedures Fulfill customer orders and fulfill customer requests Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures Identify opportunities to sell products or services via email advertising to new and existing customers Email marketing implementation support as needed Other duties as assigned Skills & Competencies:
1-2 years of customer service experience, inside sales preferred but not required Experience working with Service Fusion is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively under tight deadlines Familiarity with SMR and practices is a plus Customer service mindset, passion for providing excellent customer service Job Type:
