If you think you have what it takes, apply today! Member Service Representatives-Early Morning Openers will do the following:
Expected to arrive promptly at 4:
30am to prepare facility to open at 5am on weekdays Scan member cards and greet by name Build relationships and retain members Answer member questions in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner Will do light cleaning, washing/folding towels, make coffee, stock cups and creamer, and restroom items as needed Will help keep the fitness floor and other YMCA areas clean and neat Will walk parking lot, picking up trash and looking for safety concerns Take inventory of supplies needed (paper and janitorial) Promote and sell memberships and services Learn to give quality tours according to the goals and interests of our members Attend paid trainings and meetings and learn new skills Schedule will be approximately 10 to 29 hours per week depending on the needs of the branch Responsible for quality and accuracy Must be a morning person Punctual and Reliable Dedicated to helping others Provide positive outlook and experiences Friendly and team oriented Adaptable to changing situations Ability to manage multiple priorities Must be able to stand for long periods of time Professional customer service and communication skills Responsible for quality and accuracy Ability to learn new programs quickly Proficient with Microsoft Suite and web navigation Creative and innovative High school diploma, GED, or higher Bilingual helpful, but not required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
