oNo Experience required.
What You Will Do CARE OF PATIENT/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
oAids patient according to plan of care.
oCollects patient data, identifies and reports significant findings to nurse.
oAssists in admission/transfer/discharge.
oProvides and revises patient activities of daily living based on patient/family preferences.
oPerforms technical procedures safely and proficiently.
oTakes action to reduce or eliminate patient risk.
oEnters orders into computer or manual system if applicable.
oDocuments accurately and appropriately.
oIn collaboration/consultation with the nurse, adapts care to reflect patient population.
oIn collaboration/consultation with nurse, incorporates cultural/religious needs and beliefs into delivery of care.
oKeeps patient environment clean and maintains safe environment.
oAnticipates patient/family and visitor needs and takes action to meet those needs and rounds as appropriatePARTNERSHIP:
oUses Professional Practice Model philosophy to work in partnership with patients, families, physicians, peers and all other disciplines.
oDemonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in schedule and/or workload assignment necessary to meet changing needs of the individual patient or unit.
oMakes new team members feel welcome and offers assistance with orientation of new employees.
oAcceptable use of interpersonal relationship skills and communication with patients, families, co-workers, physicians, all disciplines and other customers.
oOrganizes workload and effectively collaborates with nursing to prioritize care.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
