Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the concession area - Manage and train concession staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed - Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers - Handle cash transactions and reconcile sales at the end of each shift - Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly - Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen staff and event coordinators, to ensure smooth operations during banquets or special events
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as coffee shop management, bartending, or assistant manager in a hotel or catering setting - Knowledge of food production processes and safety standards - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Note:
Minimum two years of food service management of large-scale school, institution or similar setting preferred.
