$12 per hour Staff lounge fully loaded with snacks & drinks Low children to teacher ratios Full support from our directors and resources to be successful in the classroom Paid holidays PLUS 40 paid time off (PTO) hours per year Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan plus profit sharing Discounted childcare Our early childhood teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes.
Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment and work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
