Extrusion Operator Assistant Day shift 5:
45am-5:
45pm 3 days one week and 4 days the next, rotating Wednesday's Night shift 5:
45pm-5:
45am 3 days one week and 4 days the next, rotating Saturday's JOB DUTIES:
Check resin levels Check and verify silo connections at start of shift against the work order to ensure correct resin usage Assist with changeover, start-ups, and shut downs Perform quality control checks and document results on quality check sheet Enter production and downtime information into the DCU Document downtime and production on production report Weigh/stage production Maintain area clean and in organized manner MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills Ability to do basic math Ability to read tape measure ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Lift up to 50 pounds Stand for long periods on hard surfaces Climb up to 60 feet through line stairs Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
