Assists with order processing, order status, complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, delivery, and other queries.
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Primary point of contact with sales representatives.
Sales order processing, including coordination of item specifications, production timing, delivery, and shipments.
Coordination of resolution of any quality questions or issues.
Reporting and analysis, providing information as required in support of customer.
Coordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.
Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
Assist with placement of orders, credits, returns and pickups.
Place or cancel orders and coordinate with proper departments.
Utilize ERP systems to communicate order status and shipping information.
Work closely with customer service colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer service is being delivered.
Assist in gathering information and generating reports.
Perform purchasing duties as required.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
5 years plus of experience providing customer service to multiple customers in a manufacturing industry.
Experience in the packaging industry is preferred.
Must be a positive and energetic individual that can work well with all levels of an organization.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Bottom of Form Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus not a requirement.
