We are seeking a Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.
You will be responsible for bidding project, overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage construction projects from conception to completion - Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations - Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns - Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders - Utilize project management software and tools such as ProCore and Pro Contractor - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Job Type:
