Karat by Lollicup(TM) is currently seeking Parts Fabricator to join our team in Rockwall, TX.
We are looking for someone who is energized and inspired by the possibility of being part of this exciting opportunity! Job Duties:
Fabricate parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Assemble fabricated parts to create functional components for machinery and equipment.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints Operate various machinery and tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, and welding equipment to fabricate and finish parts.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as micrometers, calipers, stick welding equipment, forklifts, and machining tools Perform welding tasks using various techniques and Cut, bend, fit, and assemble metal components Inspect fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Make adjustments or repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate records of parts fabrication, including materials used, production time, and any issues encountered.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery and handling materials.
Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
Collaborate to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in parts fabrication, machining, or related fields.
Proficient in reading engineering drawings and blueprints.
Skilled in using various machining tools and equipment.
Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fabrication and assembly processes.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information effectively.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following safety guidelines at all times.
Work Schedule:
