Ensure the site and all team members are creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests by greeting, anticipating needs, exceeding expectations to provide exceptional service.
Be the person who rallies the team and reinvigorates team members to want to provide an industry-leading customer experience.
Manage all aspects of the operation including car wash equipment, chemical inventory, and physical appearance of the office, tunnel, vacuum area, pay stations, and parking lot.
Maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards, and enforce these standards for the wash site.

Conduct required training on processes and operational procedures for all team members.
Oversee compliance of all safety regulations and policies.
Supervise completion of opening and closing procedures.
Oversee cash and security management.
Review processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
Handle all damage claims; properly investigate, document, and report accordingly.
May be asked to perform basic to intermediate level maintenance tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver's license Strong leadership and communication skills Work in and develop a team environment.
Ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
Be punctual, responsible, and accountable.
Ability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
Maintenance experience preferred but not required Job Type:
